For this doctor office to be up scale, this is the most horrible office I have ever seen. They want sit down and talk to you about your result. They are always in a rush and want explain anything to you. My spouse was suppose to be schedule for a CT and she has not heard from them and it has been two months. Call and ask them about the CT and they stated that the referral was sent. After I called Methodist about the CT referral they tell me that they do not have a referral. I would never refer anyone to this office. It’s very sad that you go to the doctor for answers and you come out confused. Dr. Bowden need to evaluate his staff.

This place is terrible. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I did not get called back til 11. The nurse practitioner did not even look at my body. She came in for about 5 minutes and said I would need to schedule a colonoscopy without even looking at my complaints. I asked her to look and she said the doctor would see it when he did the colonoscopy. When I went out to schedule the colonoscopy, they told me they wouldn’t schedule it without me paying $700 dollars up front and that the “appointment” would cost an additional $106.

I Called Dr. Bowden office at 7:00 this morning to reschedule my appointment with no answer. Per his website it says the office opens at 7:00 a.m. I Called again at 7:15a.m. again no answer. I Called again at 7:22 a.m. and the receptionist answered the phone with a very NASTY attitude as if I was disturbing her. She did say Dr. Bowden office or give her name as other Dr. Offices I've dealt with would professionally great a patient. I proceeded to let her know that I was calling g to reschedule my appointment and she immediately said without checking "We are all booked up!" I'm said you're booked? She said with an attitude "what is your date of birth?" I'm like what is the deal here?? For this to be my first experience with this office, it makes me wonder if the entire staff has this same attitude. I may just cancel and find another Dr. If people do not like their jobs they should find another profession. Your dealing with people who are ill and they are looking from help from the Dr. and his staff. Not a nasty attitude when they call to make an appointment or visit the office.

The wait time was horrible and no where to park. Also, if you are having a colonoscopy, the driver should have somewhere to wait, not told to leave the building. Parking really needs improvement.The entire staff was great and the procedure was great.

It was my first colon screen and I was nervous at first but all the staff made it feel like it wasn't a big deal so I was able to relax. I also love the fact that it was not prolonged. In and Out. The hardest part was the pre prep but everything after that was a piece of cake. Thanks so much
